Learn the basic knife cuts. Is your knife perfect for you? How to maintain and how to cut produce in an efficient manner. Learn the skills you need to healthy eating recipes, prep quickly and safely. Bring your own favourite knife, If you don’t have one, we have one for you! Knives, cutting boards and produce provided. Bring containers to take home what you cut. Agenda for this workshop:
