Honey Garlic Chicken with Moroccan Spices
Serves 6 to 8
1 medium sweet onion, chopped 4 cloves of garlic 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 tablespoons honey, or to taste Coarse Kosher Salt Coarse Ground Peppercorns ½ tsp ground cumin ½ tsp ground coriander ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp allspice Fresh lemon juice
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Fry onion until slightly brown and soft in a non-stick skillet on medium high heat.
Add garlic, and then chicken.
Sprinkle chicken with spices and cook until brown and juices run clear.
Drizzle with honey and fresh lemon juice.
Serve hot over rice or Sweet and Savoury Couscous Dried Fruit Confetti Salad.
