Eating even healthier: add pure extracts to enhance flavour even more!
Yummy easy mid-day snack… In a blender, vitamix, or anything that pulverizes…
1/4 to 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 to 1/2 cup pear chunks,
3/4 cup no fat organic yoghurt,
1 teaspoon to tablespoon maple syrup (depends on how sweet the fruit is… or you can throw in a dried date or two),
a dash or more to taste almond extract.
Pulverize until smooth.
Really really good….sooo delish.
